Default Were you Scammed? Please post the Seller and situation info here. Thank You....

It's important that you take responsibility for your purchases by conducting enough research to ensure that you trust the people from whom you're buying. Just because someone is a sponsor or former sponsor does not mean you should automatically trust the seller.

akirajdmspec - another lowlife scammer -> http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=152887

updates, the guy finally sent me the cover, but it's in the shittiest condition, with 2 dirty speaker mounted, I wonder if he stolen that sh*t from someone...

anyways, I try contacting him again, and no luck... IMO, I would classified him as a scammer..

Default Jdm1 is Crooked!

Do NOT buy anything from JDM1. The business is out of Vaudreuil, Quebec

Web site is jdm1.com

These people are unscrupulous and do not follow up on their promises! It has been 9 months since I ordered a B18C swap from Shaan and I still have not received all the parts supposedly included with the swap. In addition, I ordered an OBD1 swap and received an OBDII. Then they expected me to pay to ship all the incorrect stuff back before they would ship replacements. I am seeking legal action against JDM1. They cost me an additional $2000 in parts for the defective or missing parts.
A word to the wise, don't waste your money and time.
Let the BUYER BEWARE!

In addition, I have never received proof that the engine is legal. I suspect that it is not and have submitted my info to federal authorities, as the engine was shipped across international boundaries

This is great idea, but forum will have to be well moderated. It shouldn't be someplace where bunch of name calling occurs. It should be reserved for people who truly have complaint or praise about sellers or buyers. Ideally, only parties involved should be part of post if scam is involved.

These are just some suggestions that I have.

It would also help if people would include the last known address for these scammers. That way we can have a network and maybe somone in the area would help.

Just my $0.02

Just wondering if this is an adequate place for this post. I purchased a Greddy Catch can from (Stan) Flamenco-T, and sent him payment late March via paypal immediately. He told me that the catch can would ship out one or two days later. I have not heard from him since. I have emailed him a milion times and no response. Members on this board say he is legit, but i have no signs of the catch can or a response from Stan. I am starting to worry.

Thanks,
Mark

Tommie Sales from ebay
I don't know what his real name is. Owes me $250 scammed me from the begin. E-mailed me and I never ever knew about scammers so I paypaled the money to him. After he stopped responding to my e-mails, I informed paypal to reverse payment. THAT DOES JACK SH*T!!!! If he withdrawed the money, then that's it! I lost it all and didn't even get a defective product. I don't know his physical address so I cannot send the pigs after his ass. I recently got ANOTHER e-mail from some loser offering the same deal (almost the same amount of money too) If anyone lives in California USA and will either get the cops after this guy or just go over right now and beat the f*cking sh*t out of him, e-mail me at autorice@autorice.com he cannot f*ck me over twice!!!

Why don't we incorporate a system like ebay where people have feedback?

Name used: Rick Green
Paypal acct: jdmspecekr@hotmail.com
Bank account connected to William Wong.
advertised on itrca (integra type r registry board)

on one of the email he cc'ed (carbon copied) the email to nemrok@aol.com

so i add nemrok@aol.com to my aim buddy list, and i tried aiming him but got ignored..

then one day out of nowhere i found him on honda-tech.com

nemrok@aol.com is one of http://www.northeastimports.com member he posted a while back ago in the civic forum. Silver ek with h22 and type r 5lugs conversion http://www.northeastimports.com (his name is Tim i think.)

i aimed him again, asked several questions about h22a in ek and he responded.. so this is the same nemrok i figure..

heres nemroks photo album i bet some of you seen the photo album http://www.imagestation.com/member/?name=nemrok
(right click save pictures)

i have no proof that nemrok is involved but why would the scammer cc the email..weird..

it just pissed me off that some ppl must take this way to fixed up their ride. i spent $17K modifications on my ride with my own hard earned cash.

i heard this same paypal account ripped some ppl for

-speedpro on the partstrader.com
-spoon wheels
-jrsc

id love to hear more info about william wong or rick green getting busted. or id love to hear from nemrok himself

fbi-internet fraud division-useless-no result
