FS: Comptech Exhaust GSR, DC Sports Header, SMSP Cat - Honda-Tech

All of these just came off my 1999 GSR. I replaced my entire exhaust system with new 2.5" custom.

The Comptech exhaust has been on the car since 2000, approximently 100,000 miles. The exhaust has only seen 7 winters. During two winters of the winters the car was getting rebuilt, block one year then the head a few years later. The car say very limited time in the snow.
I have all the bolts for the exhaust only two gaskets are needed between the muffler section and S-pipe and the B-pipe and S-pipe. The gaskets fell apart, when I took it off the car.

The DC Sports header is a 4-1 Stainless Steel, this is NOT a 2.5" collector. Stock replacement. The header has the same history as the Exhaust.

The SMSP Cat has been on the car for 30,000 miles. It is OBD-2. It also has an extra bung for tuning pre-cat. I have the bolts for this also.

how did your gsr sound? i have a 95 all stock besides suspension and short ram intake. iv been searching for something that is somewhat quiet for daily driving and when i get on it for it to sound deep. not like bees in a can lol. please let me know. im pretty interested and have $$ in hand.

The car sounded great. It does not sound like bees in a can at all. Back in the late 90's the Comptech Exhaust was concidered the best sounding. Honestly I wish Comptech had made 2.5" I would have gotten that instead of my custom exhaust.
I personally think it sounds better than the Greddy and APEXI exhaust I have heard.

I am located in the middle of OHIO. About 2.5-3 hours from the PA boarder.

Yes it is. Very much so. With the parts you listed on your car it would be a very good upgrade. The resonator and muffler Comptech used are basiclly Magnaflow pieces. Very good brand and sound.
