EVERYTHING IS FROM 2000 INTEGRA GSR , EVERYTHING IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE

Does that still need the switch harness or can I just rewire my existing foglight wires into it?

It does not include the plug and play harness, You need to rewire your foglights wire to the foglight switch pigtail wires.
