We carry up to 10000k in stock, and we really do recommend higher than this for visibility. We can get them in for you if that is what you really want though.

Both the vehicle and the lamps are setup for H4, so an H4 kit will work just fine for you.
The bixenon H4 in 35w is $167.40 shipped to your door

Do you have a D2R kit? I have a 98 integra with jdm hid front conversion. The oem ballast went out, so i decided to just go with aftermarket ones. You have a kit that fits?

Depends on hwo blue you want it, but the 55w 8000k have a very nice color tone to them.
Do you have daytime lamps on the low beams though?

i just want a light with great visibility but when driving people know its blue for sure.. if that makes sense.

well when i put my car in drive running lamps come on. then i have my low lights fogs and hi's heres an example of front of car..
