In order to achieve that flat line of light at the top of the projection is it necessary to have projector housings or will the stock reflector housings in my 99 si do that as well, and secondly if you need a projector housing are the aftermarket projector headlights at 3bspec reliable with not-leaking / adjustment / output ?
-sorry so many ?'s just wanna make sure b4 i place my order...

The flat cut-off line really requires a retrofit to get something that good. The ones in the above post are in the factory 94-01 Integra housings.
Some of the aftermarket projectors do pretty well. The Sonar ones in our experience tend to do the best. We had to drop an entire line of headlights and tail lights though because they were simply too problematic. Poor seals, poor UV coatings, LED's going out within weeks of installation. PM me with the headlights you're looking at and I'll see what I can dig up about them.
