I know you can register in canada, but what about when the car is brought here? Will I have any issue?

Well considering he has it registered in Canada I think thats half the battle cause I have heard one of the issues with trying to register in the states is the fact that the title is in Japanese Although here in WI they may have you take it to state patrol and have it inspected but I dont think thats too hard to pass well here atleast??
Now I know you say your not an importer and all that but say I want to come and pick it up right from you isnt there something where the border partol has to have the title faxed to them or something to cross the line or is that only going INTO Canada? I had to deal with faxing a copy of my title to the border partol where the guy who bought my car was going through I think it was atleast 72 hours prior to him bringing the car through...?

Re: (Vinceg99)
just because you live in another country does not mean that i MUST know all the ins and outs on what it takes to bring it in + it kind of gets to me when everytime for the past year i open up HT and get asked the same questions over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and again .................. like i said i have sold cars to the US befor without a problem (example the guy that just posted above you ) so now that you have proof are you gonna buy the car or you just like the 500 other people i have talked to and gonna sit home dreaming about it wasting both of our time ? ...... + on top of that you are takling $h!t on my thread ........... if you have cash in hand and want the car and want to talk about how i will get the car to you read the instructions on the first page on the first post and send me a email

Re: (kotic)
Well first off never anywhere did I say I wanted your car HOWEVER considering you are the seller of the car and well "import" cars most people would assume that you know what to do besides putting up a FS thread and then attempting to sell them doesnt seem like that great of an "importer" to me.
As for the talking shit I was first lending some info and then second trying to find out some info thats when YOU came back being cocky. Im sorry but you stated you sent a few here well what did it take?? And why do I have to email you to ask you how to get the car I would assume thats information EVERYONE could read? Plus what if I wanted to come up to you and just pick it up??
Also just because Im not interested in THIS PARTICULAR CAR doesnt mean I wouldnt be interested in something else you may get in and well with having a shitty attitude why would I even WANT to deal with you? I came here after I saw you posting about possibly getting in a RHD CRX now THAT I would be interested in however that post was someone elses this one is YOURS seemed like a pretty good place to find out info especially when others were asking as well.
Was NEVER trying to talk shit but when I ask SIMPLE questions and get a cocky remark of course I will have more to reply on. I mean come on I sold ONE car ONE TIME to a guy in Canada and it seems like I know more info than you do. I knew what it took to get the car INTO Canada but was trying to figure out how to get it OUT of Canada....
Either way GL with your sale im done with this......
*EDIT* Where exactly was all the "shit talking" you were refering too? all I simply said was you dont have to be cocky all the time....
