Don't be intimidated by KMH. To get quick estimate of speed, drop the last 0 and multiple the first number(s) by 6. For example: 30 kmh = 3x6 = 18 mph, 50 kmh = 5x6 = 30 mph, 100 kmh = 10x6 = 60 mph.
