2nd owner. I have owned the car for over 3 years now, have put 25,000 miles on the car in that time, original owner lived in queens new york i have his contact information and he'd be happy to talk about how he treated the car. I bought the car off Honda-Tech from him a few years ago. The car has never seen a winter month and has been driven 5-6 months out of the year. Garaged during the winter.
Im not interested in any low balling or anybody really wasting my time. Many people on board have seen my car in person and many can vouch for me and my service. The car was tuned by Boosted Hybrid (Jeff Evans) of honda-tech. Probably one of the best tuners anywhere, well respected. I traveled 6 hours for him to tune my car.
The car has been boosted for nearly 6,000 miles. I boosted it last summer. Never had any problems AT ALL. Except bolts coming loose, but I learned my lessons and bought the bolts offline from arturbo. The car idles perfect right at 800 rpms and is actually pretty good on gas if your not a cement foot. For having a turbo car it was driven pretty lightly. It has been to the track 2 times to see what it could do. Only once since it was turbo'd and that was 5 passes on a 1/8th mile track. I live in Maine so I don't have the Cali or Florida type cars around my area so it wasn't really put to use. Just sort of a really fun car to drive and one of those cars you enjoy riding at all times (looks good and goes really well).
Now onto whats in and on the car:
Exterior
98 front bumper
ITR lip
S2k antenna conversion
Wings West ITR wing
16" Rota C8's (Black)
I stripped the power steering and a/c too.
Suspension
Koni Yellows
Neuspeed race springs...not sure of the exact drop but the car is really low
The paint is like factory new. Car has always been garaged and taken care of.
Motor....dyno tuned by Boosted Hybrid (Jeff Evans) 258whp, 195wtq...this was done with at 7psi, its run off the wastegate spring not a MBC. I have the dyno chart too. Car pulls very hard and all the way to redline. If you want or need more power all you'd have to do is retune and bump the boost. The car can easily handle more in stock form. I just don't need anymore power and I like a safe reliable car.
I change the oil every 2,000 miles. Yes, sounds anal but thats just what I do. I change it myself and I use a s2000 honda oem filter with Mobil 1 synthetic 10w30.
I also have changed transmission fluid in the tranny. I changed it 4,000 miles ago to GM syncromesh. Shifts are so smooth and quick. The car has a B&M short throw shifter.
Stock B18C1
Neptune engine management
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Precision sc34 Turbo
Inline Pro Manifold
38mm Tial Wastegate
Greddy Type R Blow off Valve
RC 550 saturated injectors
AEM ported throttle body
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Revhard 2.5" downpipe
2.67" Kakimoto Exhaust (Its very quiet for a turbo car, Jeff Evans couldn't believe it)
Revhard Intercooler piping
Stan's oil line kit (welded to oil pan)
Spearco Front Mount Intercooler
Unorthodox Underdrive Pulley
GSR tranny with Exedy street clutch and 7.5lb fidanza flywheel (car flys through rpms)
Front and rear sway bars (car handles really well, and there isn't really any wheel hop or traction problems)
Greddy dumptube
B & M short throw shifter
Brand new OEM radiator
Brand new distributor
Interior
Sun Roof (stock)
Black Leather (mint condition)
Dual gauge bezel around speedometer area and on side panel (4 gauges in all)
Razzo shift knob and e-brake handle
The rest is basically all OEM.
Its in great condition and very clean. You could probably feel comfortable eating food off the rugs
I don't really want to see any offer under 8k. The car is in good condition (there is a dent in the front driver side fender), runs great, idles great and has been very well taken care of. There has been a ton of money put into this car and its been done the right way and taken care of. Whoever, gets this car will be extremely happy and will see what I am talking about. Whether you want to put a bigger turbo on it and build it up or keep it the same.
74,xxx on the car/motor, 6k with turbo. Reason for selling....Im 23 years old, just graduated college. Living on my own and I bought a Toyota Tacoma which I am currently driving (the integra is in the garage...just finishing up winter storage). I just have no use for a turbo car anymore. I guess I grew out of the scene......
I will have pictures up tonight. Just wanted to get the thread out there and going. I can give out my cell phone number on request to talk about the car and or my email address.

I got a 97, planning for turbo this summer. I just talked to chris last night, and told him you were selling your car, and he's like, "damn, I gotta give him a call, I want that car" haha. I read you drove six hours to get your car tuned after you turbo'd, but are there any places in maine to get it done?

7,500.....i've had trade offers. The only car I would consider trading for unless the deal is really too hard to pass up would be an RSX....or a RSX-S.....plus money on my end obviously too.
