I purchased some ac parts from scarney on 9-18 and still no parts or refund. I was hesitant to call him out, but I am sure he has logged on a few times and won't respond to IM or the paypal dispute.
I would advise anyone to stay clear of this seller, I saw where someone else had a slow transaction with him, but later received there item. Here is the only info I have, which is the paypal address used:

Dude blew me up over the weekend saying he had a 44mm wastegate I was looking to buy. Told me to get at him asap cause he had another buyer interested. He was asking 250.00 plus shipping. I got a hold of him and paid him Monday afternoon…270.00 shipped. I didn’t talk to him Tuesday, but asked him Wednesday if he had any tracking info for me. He said he was at the junk yard all day and didn’t make it to ship it to me. I waited again through Thursday and then emailed him again and asked if he had a tracking number for me. No answer. I could see his activity as to when he was last on, and now I know he was avoiding my on purpose. Finally Friday I sent him a message saying “still waiting for that tracking number”. Sat he sends me a lame ass excuse saying he was in the ER all day and he would either send me my product or refund me…I PM’d him back and said “I will take it but expect it to go out TODAY otherwise send me my money back. You have till 8pm to handle this. A little communication would make this much easier on you”. Well here we are…no response, and no wastegate. Judging by when he was on I can tell he was trying to screw me. I would highly recommend against dealing with him. I made a complaint with paypal, and will now have to try and get my bank to reverse it. Sucks, cause this is the last part I need before I can go to dyno, and I have a race NOV 6th so this could ruin 3 months worth of hard work.

This dude is a flake. I tried to buy some speakers off of him for my Eg. He recieved my money through Paypal and then quit responding to my emails and PM's for weeks. Finally he responded saying he was sending them that weekend and he would email me a tracking number, and of course, never did. I started sending emails and PM's again and he finally responded after a week or so to tell me he couldnt find one of the speakers. So i had file a claim against him through Paypal to get my few dollars back. The whole ordeal took about a month and a half for NOTHING!
