This kit is based off the Garrett GT28R, Tial 40mm waste gate and 50mm BOV, 20"x8"x3" backdoor intercooler (NO LONGER INCLUDED), 2.5" black IC piping, and 5 bolt 3" DP extended and flanged for a bolt up application (on EG for sure, should work with most cars).
Almost everything needed for the install is included. All parts are authentic full-race with teh exception of the dump tube. The FR one sucks so I had this one custom made and it cost me 220$! The Dump goes behind the DP, and under the oil pan so that your bay does not get all nasty.
Lines included are as follows: -4 stainless water lines (with T's for factory water lines and banjo setup for connection to turbo), -4 stainless oil feed line (with 1/8 BSPT to -4 fitting for block), and -10 black nylon braided and compression fitting oil drain line. You will need to have a -10 bung welded to your oil pan, bung not included. I have an B16 oil pan with a -10 bung already welded on that I will trade for a stock pan. I will included the necessary T's to tap into the factory IM water lines. A oil restrictor will be included as well. Ever line and fitting you need is included other then the -10 bung for the oil pan.
This is an older kit from full race, it sat on the previous owners car for years w/o being driven. The kit has about 10k miles on it and never gave myself or the previous owner any problems. NO SHAFT PLAY on the turbo whatsoever!!! Still spins very freely. There is very, very little carbon buildup on the turbine blades as well. Oil restrictor was ALWAYS used. Also included are 8 T bolt clamps, and 4 blue 3 ply (non-full race brand) couplers that are needed for the install.
Retail on this kit is 4,305$ with the intercooler! I am only asking 2500$ O.B. Reasonable O. for this kit (WITH OUT the Intercooler) which is a pretty good deal for an almost complete full race kit. Not interested in parting out at this time.
